The archival rule reviews a resource that has already been archived. It asks the owners whether the resource is still needed, and escalates when they do not answer. The clock starts at the moment the resource was archived, so a group nobody claims can be cleaned up instead of sitting archived forever.

Automation steps provide advanced customization capabilities for Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint sites, and Guest Accounts created through EasyLife. These actions are executed once, immediately after the object is provisioned. Actions can be filtered by templates or metadata and are automatically applied to all objects that match the specified criteria. When an object matches multiple actions, they are executed in the following order: unfiltered actions first, then filtered actions based on priority (lowest to highest), and finally by alphabetical order if priorities match.
