Metadata

Metadata helps your participants to get a better understanding of why you want to plan this Meeting. It consists of the following:

Title
This is a required field and is used to identify your poll. All reminder emails will have it in their subject, and once the Meeting gets scheduled, it will have this title.
Description
This is an optional field you can use to give the attendees additional information. Adding an agenda to give the participants more context is also a good idea.
Location
For now, this is an optional text field that describes where the Meeting will take place. Future releases will make this a more dynamic field.
Duration
Here, you can estimate how long the Meeting will last. This cannot be changed once the Meeting has been created. All timeslots will have this duration. Duration can be set manually in minutes by using the Custom choice, or it can be more easily set to one of the predefined values:
  • 15 minutes
  • 1/2 hour
  • 1 hour
  • 1 1/2 hours
  • 2 hours
  • 4 hours
  • 8 hours
