To grant permissions for EasyMeet to be used in your organization, a global admin must first give an admin consent. This consent is required to ensure that EasyMeet can access the necessary resources and perform the required actions.

To give admin consent, the global admin must go to the Azure portal and navigate to the EasyMeet application. From there, they can grant the necessary permissions for EasyMeet to access your organization’s data and perform the required operations.

Once the admin consent has been granted, the permissions required for EasyMeet to function properly will be automatically granted to all users in your organization.

It’s important to note that only global admins have the ability to grant admin consent, so you may need to work with a global admin in your organization to complete this step. However, once this step is complete, all users in your organization will be able to use EasyMeet and its features seamlessly.

  1. Open a web browser and go to the following URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/adminconsent?client_id=616165ce-128f-4be5-8c1c-386d8482839b

  2. If prompted, sign in with your Azure AD global admin credentials.

  3. Review the permissions requested by the EasyMeet application.

  4. If you are satisfied with the requested permissions, click the “Accept” button to grant admin consent.

  5. Once you’ve granted admin consent, you’ll be redirected to the login page. You can now close the browser window.

  6. The permissions required for EasyMeet to function properly will now be automatically granted to all users in your organization.
