You can install EasyMeet for all your Outlook users as a Global admin.

To enable the EasyMeet 365 for all users in your organization, you’ll need to follow the steps outlined below. These steps include installing the app to your Teams app catalog, reviewing the permissions requested by the app, and granting access to all users.

  • First, log in to the Microsoft admin center under Integrated apps at https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/IntegratedApps.
  • Click on “Get apps”
  • Search for “EasyMeet” and click on “Get it now”
  • A wizard will open
    • Click next
    • Under “Users” select “Entire organization”
    • Under “Permissions” click “Accept permissions”. Review the permissions that the app is requesting.
    • Click “Finish deployment”

It might take up to 24 hours to complete the deployment.
