Go-Live Checklist

Start with the onboarding at https://onboarding.easylife365.cloud. After onboarding, go through the learning guides and complete the following tasks to roll out EasyLife 365 successfully:

  • Make sure the endpoints we publish are reachable from every network your users and administrators work from — the internal corporate network as well as external networks such as home offices, VPN connections and mobile data. Allow them by hostname in your firewalls, proxies and content filters.
  • Make sure you have restricted the access to the Admin.
  • Make sure you have granted permissions to both applications in Entra ID. You can repeat this step at any time.
  • Confirm the intended visibility and user assignments for EasyLife 365 and EasyLife 365 Admin in Entra ID.
  • Make sure you have installed the EasyLife 365 Collaboration App for all users.
  • Make sure you have marked our CDN as trusted site for all users.
  • We also recommend you pin EasyLife 365 for all users, but it's not mandatory.
  • Review Templates and Policies in EasyLife 365 Admin.
  • Confirm notification destinations and settings, then make sure users are informed about the rollout and the notifications they might receive.
  • Confirm that our data location and retention commitments meet your organization's requirements.
