Custom Invitation Mail

EasyLife 365 Collaboration now includes an Insider preview for customizing guest invitation emails.

This feature lets you align guest invitation emails with your organization before the broader rebranding rollout arrives. It gives you an early way to shape the first message guests receive, so the experience feels more familiar and consistent from the start.

What's new?

Customize invitation mail

When you switch on Customize invitation email content and branding in Guest settings, a new Customize invitation mail section appears immediately.

You can then adjust the invitation email using the available options for:

• Header
• Subject
• Intro
• Outro

This gives you control over the invitation message and branding while keeping the default invitation flow intact.

Why it matters

Teams can now tailor guest invitation emails to match their organization, improve recognition for external recipients, and present a more consistent experience across the invitation journey. Custom branding helps the invitation feel like part of your own tenant instead of a generic platform message.

How these updates will affect you

• If you enable the feature, the new invitation mail section becomes available immediately in Guest settings.
• You can use the available header, subject, intro, and outro fields to adapt the invitation to your organization.
